The NEW MRD Multiplexer with a universal interface allows a zif socket or any custom package configuration to be tested with great ease. The MUX4X28 multiplexer switches up to four triax inputs onto any of the 28 pins of socket. It automates the task of manually making pin connections while maintaining excellent electrical performance. It is easily programmed through GP-IB using stands.
